Comfortable 65m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Third floor access via stairs. You'll enjoy a pleasant stay in your exclusive space, with superb Wi-Fi, a double bed, a nightstand with lamp, a closet, and a private bathroom. The space is spacious, airy, and clean. In the social area, you'll find a TV lounge, a Smart TV with international channels and internet, a dining room, and a balcony overlooking the main street. A fully equipped kitchen for cooking, with functional and modern appliances. A laundry area and a laundry room with a washing machine and hangers. I can also offer two spaces. That's two bedrooms, and I'll occupy the third bedroom.

Parties and scandals are not allowed. * If you are bringing your pet, it must be well-behaved. It must not soil, bite, or damage any of the property's elements. * If you wish to receive visitors, they cannot stay overnight unless they are registered as guests from the beginning of the reservation. * Each of the elements, appliances, decor, and amenities were purchased and designed for your service and comfort. Your duty is to take care of them and make good use of them. * Towels, blankets, and bed linens should NOT be taken. They are for the use of future guests. * The common areas of the building or condominium have condominium property rules.Violating the neighborhood rules will result in fines. If a fine is issued, you must pay it immediately. * The use of psychoactive and hallucinogenic substances is prohibited in the condominium and inside the apartment. Use is prohibited outside the building and in designated areas. * If you break or damage anything, please report it to the co-host and have it replaced immediately. We wish you a happy day! Additional Rules * Always leave the lights off when you are not in the apartment. * Keep all doors and windows closed.
