Comfort with spectacular views
Overview
My wife and I live in a cosy 3 bedroom apartment with spectacular views over Tramore Amusements, Beach Bay and Back Strand. We are situated on the south-east coast of Ireland, approximately a 10 minute drive from Waterford, walking distance to all of Tramore's amenities and excellent access to the spectacular Copper Coast Geopark. (www.coppercoastgeopark.com) You can have shared use of the kitchen/living room/office with prior arrangement. Unfortunately, due to a balcony and stairs, we feel that our home is not suitable for small children (under the age of 12). Thank you, Mark & Patricia
House Rules
No eating in the bedroom and please treat our home the same as you would your own home and be respectful of neighbours and hosts! Sorry, we do not have the facilities to cater for pets. Please note, the cost of this room does not include cleaning - if room cleaning is required it can be arranged at an extra cost. A final cleaning fee of €40 will be necessary.
