I’m a single person living in the heart of Murfreesboro college district. I love to host and would love to introduce you to the area. It’s just a 2 minute walk to the college (MTSU) and about as far to the local social spots like bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.
House Rules
1. Two pets max. Must have pre approval. A cat lives here 2. Smoking is done outside on the balcony and butts are places in the receptacle 3. Quiet hours from 10pm-9am 4. Must lock up at night 5. Parties and events must be pre approved and may require an additional deposit 6. If you park in a space overnight that is not designated guest parking, you may be towed (assistance to and from the parking space is available). Ask your host of you are not sure..
