Clean cosy double bedroom in a quiet group of units. Plenty of storage . The beach has an amazing track suitable for riding and walking, Light breakfast is included. You can have access to kitchen just please be sure to clean up after yourself. Two shopping strips to choose from, Parkdale and Mordialloc, offering restaurant's, cafes, supermarkets, hairdressers and everything in between. Hop skip and a jump to the beach, 13 mins walk to either Parkdale or Mordialloc train stations. 45 mins trip into Melbourne CBD, (Frankston line). Smoking permitted outside.
House Rules
No smoking inside Quiet from after 10pm No partys Guest may use kitchen needs to wash up after and put crockery utensils etc away. May use washing machine will need to supply own washing powder for a long turn stay.
