Coastal House SP with Sea View
Overview
Relax in this house in a quiet and safe location. It is in a family condominium, closed, with only 4 houses, in a residential neighborhood but close to shops, the city center of São Sebastião, and about 100 meters from the avenue with easy public transport and cycle path. Complete with living room, kitchen, household utensils, furniture, and everything else for your stay. Located less than 150m from the beach, it has a gourmet balcony with barbecue, and a privileged view of the sea and nature! The house has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. The third floor is currently closed for improvements. I have my own room where I sleep with my wife. We don't have children, we are friendly and outgoing.
House Rules
House rules: 1) Please respect your neighbors! Do not use sound equipment, or any other equipment that generates audio or noise at a high volume to the point of disturbing the neighborhood. 2) As it is a family neighborhood, respect your neighbors as they will respect you. 3) Parties and/or meetings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 4) Exotic or large pets are not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons, for example: arachinids, snakes, lizards, and other reptiles. Pets upon prior consultation! 5) The guest is fully responsible for any damage to the property, including goods included or forming part of it. 6) SMOKING is only permitted in the external areas of the property, such as the parking lot, balcony, backyard, terrace, etc... please DO NOT SMOKING inside the house.
