Overview
Beautiful bright furnished room with a super comfortable full size bed, a desk and closet. It counts with a wooden floor just like the whole apartment. In addition to the bedroom, you can access to the common areas, such as the two full bathrooms, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. We are located in a very safe neighborhood of the city surrounded by green areas, recreational spaces and communication routes; you can also find all kinds of commercial establishments walking distance.
House Rules
We only have five rules in the house, these are very simple and are designed to maintain health and to promote an environment of respect and safety. 1. When we get home we wash our hands, and leave our masks on (as COVID remains). 2. We maintain order and cleanliness of the place. 3. We always close the door of the building and the apartment when leaving or entering. Never open the door to strangers. 4. We communicate to resolve any questions or circumstances. 5. Silence hours are from 11 at night to 7 in the morning.
