About the room in the art deco 3-bedroom house - Upon entering, the home opens to a bright and inviting living and dining area, featuring high ceilings, air conditioning, timber flooring throughout and windows with flyscreens that floods the space with natural light. Contemporary kitchen with high-quality appliances, all finished with sleek cabinetry and practical surfaces. House Rules
My home is your home, please treat it with respect. Keep the room neat Turn off the light when not in use Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Always clean after use. Keep the toilet and bathroom clean. Make use clean after use. No eating or bringing food in the bedroom - it is not allowed at all times. When your trash bin is full it is your responsibility to throw in the red or yellow bin. No guests or girlfriends/boyfriends are allowed to enter your bedroom. Smoke outside - doors and windows MUST BE closed. Payment: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% deposit to homestay.com in advance of the booking to hold your room as per homestay.com terms. In addition we require full Payment of the balance to be cleared 24 hours prior to arrival for bookings up to 30 days, for longer term bookings we can under certain circumstances accept 30 days upfront and Payment every 2 weeks after the first 2 weeks, so you stay 2 weeks ahead. Bank details will be informed after confirming the booking online. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any before arrival cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. Please contact us if you have any questions.
