Overview
Large house in quiet neighbourhood, there are only 100 houses in the neighbourhood It is a three bedroom house, with a large living room, a dining room and kitchen downstairs with a beautiful back garden for you to relax in the sun. We don´t have any pets in our home. There are regular buses to and from Dublin city centre and the city centre is only 40 minutes away. We are are short distance from the Luas station that brings you directly into Dublin city in approximately 30 minutes. We look forward to hearing from you.
House Rules
I live in a 3 bedroom house. We are friendly, chatty and every student that has stayed in our home has loved staying with us. We ask that you respect our home by not having a friend over before asking me first in advance. Always make sure that you close the door tight behind you. We like to keep a clean and tidy home so you will have to clean up after yourself, we have a dishwasher so it is easy. It is a non-smoking house, but you may smoke out the back garden. We do not have any pets and do not allow students to bring their pets into our home. We look forward to seeing you and having you stay in our friendly home.
