Accomadation in Clontarf in lovely semi-detached house. Ideal for a student looking for accommodation. Suitable location for students from TCD, UCD, DCU, DIT, City Centre language schools etc. Also on direct bus route for Dublin city center, Dublin hospitals and Airport. Walking distance from Greenlane School and Belgrove St.John The Baptist Schools, Clontarf Orthopedic Hospital and CRC. FEMALES ONLY PLEASE. NO PETS. MONDAY TO FRIDAY OR SHORT WEEK RENTALS POSSIBLE TO SUIT COMMUTING PROFESSIONALS OR STUDENTS RETURNING HOME AT THE WEEKEND. Booking Deposit of one months rent required, due upon booking, using PayPal to secure your booking. Not refundable if cancelled one month prior to start date. Bills are included in the rent. A security deposit of one months rent is payable on arrival against any damages incurred or excessive utility bill costs. This is returned two weeks after your stay once it is confirmed that no damage has been caused and or no excessive utility bill costs. Booking deposit is used as security deposit once rental commences. Rent payable on 1st of the month and weekly thereafter. A cleaning fee of 80 euros is payable to cover post stay cleaning. This is payable on arrival. Remainder of payment is due on arrival. Located in a beautiful and safe area, with great amenities: St Annes Park, Dollymount Beach, Bull Island Nature Reserve and seafront promenade, close to city center with direct bus route (130 route which takes about 10 minutes to city centre), Dart train, excellent connection to Luas lines, walking distance to supermarkets, other shops, cafes and restaurants. Direct bus route to DCU (1 minute walk from house). Cycle lanes to city centre and environs. Use of bicycle. WIFI. Quiet, family house, so if you are looking for big interaction with room mates, this would not be for you. Though obviously you have access to all the common spaces, kitchen, bathroom and gardens as you need. For security reasons and in case of emergency, a copy of your passport is required.
House Rules
Please: Keep your room tidy and clean. Tidy up and clean all common areas, kitchen and bathroom IMMEDIATELY after use. Keep noise to a minimum. No guests allowed. Be respectful to your housemates. Living room is a family space only. No smoking. No candles.

Lovely cosy one bedroom, with its own kitchen / living room and shower room. Studio / Granny flat type accommodation within my home. Accessed via its own front door and via the main house, as you choose. Have your own space with me on hand to help!
