Do you want an authentic Cebu travel experience? Stay like a local at our Studio Apartment. It provides a quick access to Temple of Leah, Sirao Flower Garden,Tops Lookout,Terrazas de Flores Botanical Garden,Marco Polo Plaza Hotel,Taoist Temple,cafes and restaurants with stunning views. Located in a peaceful neighborhood which is just a few minutes away from the business district like I.T.Park and J.Y. Mall. I personally welcome my guests and cook a tasty Filipino breakfast every morning,as I only live next door to the apartment unit. You will experience personalized service and genuine Filipino-Bisaya hospitality during your stay. The space -Max. 8 Adults. -Children 9 years old and above are considered as adults. -Children below 9 years of age are generally free of charge (however, no breakfast nor extra bed will be provided). -Add ₱ 50/person/night for the child's breakfast. Our studio apartment has a private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower, wifi, basic kitchen, uniquely designed foldable dinning table and comprises of 2 comfortable bunk beds(bed configuration:4 double-sized bed) with 2 electrical outlets beside each bed. Hair dryer and flat iron will not be in the room if not requested, so please inform us ahead if you need them. The property offers a rooftop with mountain view where you can grill and relax in a hammock. Room size is 20 sq.m., toilet and bath is just outside the room but private. Located at the 2nd floor of the building and rooftop is on the 4th floor. Designed to provide an affordable and comfortable accommodation to families and friends. Guest access Guests can relax in a hammock, inhale fresh air and grill in the rooftop with stunning mountain view. (Some parts of the building like the rooftop and the 3rd floor is still under construction but your stay will not be disturbed and your safety will not be compromised by it so don’t worry. Please take a look at the photos for more insights). Interaction with guests I am very available and reachable to help my guests because I live right beside the apartment.
House Rules
1. Penalty for lost keys will be ₱ 1,000. 2. Security deposit of ₱ 3,500 is needed upon check-in and returned upon check out. A reasonable amount will be deducted from it for any damages or lost items during your stay. 3. BREAKFAST will be served at 7:00 AM, you may request it to be served earlier/later than that and take-out/take-away is fine, just inform us ahead of time. Please take a look at the photos for our sample breakfast and inform us of your diet restrictions/allergies so we can adjust. 4. Please wash the dishes every after use. 5. Please SWITCH OFF the lights, air conditioner and the rest of the appliances before leaving the unit. 6. NO drugs or any illegal activities please. 7. Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment. There are lots of open spaces in the area to do so. 8. You may make a noise inside the apartment anytime but never do it outside to avoid disturbing the neighbours. 9. A Catholic Mass will be held every Saturday night at 8:00-9:00 P.M. at the chapel in front of the apartment. 10. Some parts of the building where the apartment is located is still under construction but your stay will not be disturbed by it so don’t worry.
