There is a one time cleaning fee of $55. It is not included in the daily room rate and must be paid. House is very safe with a central alarm system. The pool is a community pool. It is not in the house. But within walking distance to the house a few blocks away.

There are no house privileges. You are just renting a private room and a private bathroom within the house. The room can be rented for a minimum of a 24 hour stay. It may be extended for additional days with prior authorization. Otherwise checkout is usually at 11 am. Must be covid-19 vaccinated and must show proof (sorry, no exceptions to this rule). Smoking, Drinking and drugs are not allowed.
