Overview
My home offers a home away from home feeling with many books, the scent of food cooking, in a great part of SF which has many families. My home is a large flat 1550 sq ft in the central sunset neighborhood near public transit. I keep my home well stocked with all that it needs especially fresh fruits and vegetables. I do event/design work and work from home some of the time. I enjoy cooking, yoga, films and talking walks around SF. the Room: • this is a Private bedroom in a charming 2BR single-family home (1,550 sq ft) • Shared access to bathroom (2 toilets, 1 bath/sink), living room, dining room, pantry/meditation nook, and full laundry room • No upstairs/downstairs neighbors (a rarity in SF)– enjoy peace and quiet • Ocean views + natural light • Full kitchen with gas stove, refrigorator, toaster, and everything one needs • Laundry on site *Front and backyard *Easy to find Street Parking
House Rules
We take off our shoes at entrance. Respect each others privacy. Practice clear communication and enjoy this spacious, wonderful home. Please no drugs, limit alcohol to two drinks a day. Quiet after 9pm. I do not allow additional people over for spending the night.
