Charming Room in heart of Palma
Overview
This summer, I'll be celebrating my 38th birthday as a solo dweller, accompanied part-time by my furry friend, Harvey. Originally from Sweden, I've made Palma my home for over a decade. Offering a contemporary bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a newly renovated shower from 2023, right in the heart of City Palma. Conveniently located, it's just a 7-minute stroll to the city beach and a mere 10-minute walk away from the charming old town of Palma. Additionally, there's a small balcony in the room, and during pleasant weather in the summer, access to the roof terrace is possible for a relaxing experience.

Maintain Cleanliness: Kindly clean up after yourself in the bedroom and bathroom. Leave these spaces as tidy as you found them. No Smoking or Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, and pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand. Respect Property and Amenities: Please use the provided amenities with care and refrain from causing any damage to the property or its belongings. Follow House Rules: Adhere to any additional house rules provided upon arrival to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone involved. Respect Privacy: Respect my privacy as your host, and do not enter any restricted areas without permission. Keep Communication Open: If you encounter any issues or have specific needs, feel free to communicate with me directly for assistance.
