Overview
The cozy cottage boasts an open floor plan with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, an open living & sleeping area, full kitchen with fridge/freezer and stove/oven, spacious bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower, and a private patio with seating for two. Our peaceful little cottage is eclectically styled with a quirky, cozy, combination of the old and the new: // The bedroom boasts an uber-comfy queen sized bed with tons of pillows and a spacious antique armoire, with hangers and an ironing board. // The cozy sleeping area opens into a well-lit, open floor plan living room & dining area with original hardwood floors and lots of natural light. // The kitchen is fully-stocked (dishes, cookware & spices) with a fridge/freezer, double sink, glass top stove, oven, toaster oven, coffee pot & microwave. // The full sized, airy & spacious bathroom boasts an original cast iron clawfoot tub … with complimentary bubble bath. Guests also may enjoy access to: - 1 privately accessible parking space is available & accessible from a private alley. There is also free & safe parking available on the street in front of the house. - A private patio w/ seating area - Large, shaded backyard w/ multiple seating and dining areas - A bbq pit & a fire pit
House Rules
- If traveling with a pet, please select at time of booking to ensure payment of $25 pet fee. Pet details (type, age, weight, breed, etc.) must be sent at time of booking to ensure they can be accommodated. - Please pick up after yourself, your pet, and any additional guests or company if you have them (doggie bags can be provided if needed). - Please observe quiet hours and respect the neighbors and the neighborhood. NOTE: The cottage was built circa 1930 and is a historical home: ***if at any point during your stay you notice a fixture, furnishing, appliance, (etc.) has become damaged, modified, or otherwise altered, you agree to NOTIFY me IMMEDIATELY*** (within the hour). This helps preserve & maintain the integrity of the property and the surrounding neighborhood. …In sum, please treat my home with the same kindness and respect with which you treat yours so that I can continue to share the Cozy Cottage with other guests like yourself for years to come!

Sleeping arrangements include 1 Queen-sized bed in the bedroom/sleeping area and 1 overstuffed sofa in the living area. Air mattresses are available upon request, and are provided in either full or twin size, along with fresh linens and extra pillows.
