Looking forward to welcoming you to our home in San Diego. We enjoy watching movies and socializing. We have 1 Single room(s) available to homestay guests. The other parts of the home are not for use. Facilities are Queen Bed, Mirror, Lamp, WiFi and Closet / Wardrobe. We only Host Female Guests in our Home, sorry for any inconvenience Erika is 49. She speaks English and enjoys sports, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, photography, socialising, travel, learning foreign languages, nature, board games, and fashion design My fiancé and I have 1 child living at home. We also have 2 medium sized dogs who live in the house.
House Rules
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm please You are renting one room, and do not have use of the common areas, with the exception of kitchen, laundry and table to eat. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just approve it with me in advance We do not allow smokers or any drug use. No Pets. You are responsible for cleaning the room and keeping it clean. There is a $150 move out fee for deep cleaning. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
