The rooms have private, fan, air conditioning, hair dryer, on the balcony you can enjoy a coffee, the price includes change of bed linen, cleaning. In the accommodation you will always find someone willing to provide guidance. GENERAL INFORMATION From the house there is very easy access to the main recreational and cultural centers of the capital either by bus or on foot; they are 2 minutes from the University of Havana, 10 minutes from restaurants and cafes, theaters, Coppelia ice cream parlor, movie theaters, Havana seafront, orientation centers, travel agencies, banks, hospitals. Places to enjoy LIVE JAZZ music at Zorra y el Cuervo, Buena Vista Social Club (Hotel Nacional), nightclubs or places to dance (Salón Rojo). Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only in the designated area. The House provides taxi and airport pick-up services. The family home of "Mercedes and Ariadna" provides comfort and safety. The guests will be well received and you you can enjoy a colonial property from the early twentieth century which is spacious, bright, with masonry walls and high ceilings and mosaic floors. It can be reached in 10 and 20 minutes walking to Havana Center and Old Havana (Central Park), in 1 minutes to the bust of Julio Antonio Mella (university leader), in 2 minutes to the University of Havana and in 6 minutes Rampa street and you will be in Malecon Habanero (10 minutes). The house has spacious and airy rooms, but we only rent 2 double private rooms with air-conditioned, has a private bathroom for the use of the guest only family or guest. The rooms are well-furnished, have double beds and single beds and have a set of towels at the guest's disposal. The house is on the first floor and has common spaces for the enjoyment of the guests. It consists of a dining room, a hall and a living room with a balcony overlooking the street and offering beautiful views of VEDADO. Mercedes is MSc. In Information Management, an engineer in Automated System Management, works all day and in free time shares with guests and exchanges opinions, likes dialogue. I live with my daughter Ariadna. She studies at San Geronimo University and can communicate in English.

Our family considers its guests: travelers or guests with the interest to know about the culture and history of the country. To maintain a family atmosphere, at home we have elementary standards. -Breakfasts from 8:30 to 10:30 in the morning, includes light breakfast, coffee or tea, bread and butter, EXTRA PAYMENT if you want the BREAKFAST OF THE HOUSE. _The exit of the room is done at 12 noon _ The entrance to the room is made after 2:00 p.m. -Do not smoke inside- The house, do it in the hallway or balcony - Pets are not allowed in the house -Maintain the security of the house -Don't be in intimate clothes outside your room -Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Meals Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals will incur an additional cost. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.
