Additionally, the apartment is constructed with solid double concrete between all floors and walls which blocks out noise making it ideal for a peaceful nightly sleep. Secure property with ample storage space, double glazed windows and central heating throughout. Guests have their own private entrance of which the front door is dual lockable with internal key chain for extra guest security and safety. Security video camera entry system. The apartment has separate rooms for the living area, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Very large living room with dining table, chairs and two leather sofas. 42 inch high definition television with satellite/cable channels and digital radio stations. Blu Ray DVD/CD player present. Large double sized bedroom with posturepedic double bed suitable for couples containing a sizeable mirrored wardrobe, study desk, swivel chair and a sun blackout blind. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, crockery, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Very fast (455 mbps) and stable wireless fibre internet throughout the apartment with unlimited downloads. Entrances to the apartment and the estate are both step free. Apartment is spread over 3 floors complete with outdoor furniture and balcony with park/garden view. Basketball court/exercise area and playground for children both on the estate. Well suited for holidaymakers and remote home working being ideal for anyone seeking privacy during their stay. One quiet male owner speaking English and Spanish with no pets present.
