Welcome to my central, sunny place, located in Neapoli, 10 min from Lycabetus hill and from one of the most vibrant areas in Athens, and only a half an hour walk to the historic center and the archaeological sites, with an easy access to the metro network and other public transport services. The apartment, with private bathroom for the guests, offers a great view of the city, and Acropolis view from the roof. Your bedroom and your private living area have balconies, where smoking is allowed...
House Rules
•Make yourself at home, treat it as you would your own. •Respect the neighbours and the local law about rest hours (2:30 pm till 05:30 pm and 11:00 pm till 08:00 am) and don't make noise, especially on the terrace and the balconys. •Please switch of consuming electricity devices once they are not needed. •Do not use the air-conditioning unit when the doors and windows are open. •The main door should be kept fully locked (three times) when absent or sleeping. The use of the washing machine is for free once if your stay is for up to 3 days. For every 3 addional days you may use it for free once more... Every extra use is charged with 4 euros...
