Central Burnaby Home
Overview
Hello! My family and I have been hosting international students since 2022, and love the community and friendships we have made so far. We are a family of four (mom, dad and two young daughters), who love hosting barbecues, playing in the backyard and learning about different cultures. We are Filipino but have lived in Canada our whole lives, so while we understand Tagalog our first language is English. We currently have two female home stay students from Korea who have been with us for a year. We are located in the Burnaby area - less than a minute walk to the bus stop or 15 minute walk to the skytrain. Downtown Vancouver is about a 20 minute skytrain ride away. We have a library, community center with public pool, grocery shopping complex, many restaurants, banks and shops all within 5-10 min. walking distance. We have a room available on Dec 1, 2023.
