Overview
A small bright and simple room It comes with a double bed and a chest of drawers, nothing flash but clean and comfy. I provide a hand towel and a bath towel and bed clothes. There’s hand soap provided but you will need to bring any other toiletries. The flat itself is about 2 minutes walk to Brighton train station and 5 minutes to Churchill Square but is on a quiet leafy residential road. I am clean and tidy, but not in a weird way. I love going out and having friends round and staying in alone too. Pretty normal stuff. I am interested in creative things. I also have a small and very friendly, non-yappy dog. The room has a large cupboard/wardrobe for storage The kitchen is fully equipped: juicer, fridge freezer, washing machine, gas cooker, constant hot water... you are welcome to use the kitchen for cooking light meals before 9pm and after 7.30am There is broadband. I am around most of the time and I’m generally happy to chat as much or as little as you prefer.
House Rules
Please be tidy and considerate. Washing up done and the bath rinsed out will make us happy. Please do not bring strangers into our home.
