Overview
I'm Angelo, and my wife Sofia and I rent a room in our house. I'm retired and am almost always at home with my wife. Our accommodation is located on the outskirts of town, yet close to the town center, making it ideal for those who enjoy walking. Taormina can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, while Castelmola is about 10 minutes. The bus stop is 250 meters away. The bathroom is for the exclusive use of guests. Use of the kitchen is not permitted, but a refrigerator is available for guests to store food and drinks. I'll pick you up at the train station or bus terminal upon your arrival, and I'll do the same upon your departure. I'll provide you with all the information you need for your stay in our city. For those arriving by car, we have a small private parking lot at the top of a narrow hill about 120 meters high. We have three cats, Greg, Lillo, and Ciccio, living with us at the house.A large terrace is available where you can sit and admire the sea view while enjoying a drink with us. House Rules
Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but is permitted on the terrace. Inviting friends is not permitted. Use of the kitchen is not permitted. Eating on the bed is not permitted. A light breakfast is served until 10:00 AM. After 11:30 PM, guests are asked to refrain from making noise. A €10.00 cleaning fee is required, to be paid with the balance of the stay. The Municipality of Castelmola requires a tourist tax of €1.00 per day, per person, for the duration of the stay, to be paid upon arrival. A receipt for the total amount will be issued upon payment.
