House Rules
We are a family home (My wife, Daughter and pets), and we kindly ask all guests to respect our household and the peaceful environment we maintain. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines: Respect Our Family We welcome you into our home as part of our extended family. Please be mindful of our space, customs, and daily routines, and treat everyone with kindness and consideration. Pet Policy We welcome small dogs in our Homestay! We have a designated closed patio next to the guest bedroom, providing a safe and comfortable space for your furry friend. The patio is enclosed with two small doors to ensure security while allowing easy access. Your dog is welcome inside your room but is not allowed in the living room or other areas of the house. This policy helps maintain a safe and clean environment for everyone, especially since we have a little baby girl in our home. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and clean during the stay. Let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can make the necessary arrangements. No Religious Activities Out of respect for everyone's personal beliefs, we ask that guests refrain from holding religious gatherings, preaching, or engaging in any religious activities within the home. No Adult Entertainment or Visitors For privacy and safety reasons, bringing visitors or engaging in any adult entertainment activities is strictly prohibited. The homestay is for registered guests only. No Drugs or Prohibited Substances The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs and prohibited substances is not allowed. Smoking is also not permitted inside the house. No Violence or Aggressive Behavior We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of violence, aggression, or disruptive behavior. Respect and harmony are key values in our home. Keep Everything Clean and Organized Guests are responsible for keeping shared spaces tidy and cleaning up after themselves. This includes washing dishes after using the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness in the bathroom, and keeping the pool and yard in good condition. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a neat and welcoming environment for everyone. By staying with us, you agree to follow these house rules.
