Carmel Simon Villa is an exclusive private home in Kulamody ,a peaceful village with breathtaking landscapes located under Thalavoor Gram Panchayat in the district of Kollam in Kerala . The villa is accessible by a service road and surrounded by plantations and farmland. Most tropical trees grow on all sides of the property, a distinctive feature of our countryside. A place that you could take your family when you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of your work lives and one that you could also share with your near and dear ones. An open space with garden area, high-speed wi-fi connectivity and meeting area, the homestay is also a perfect point for working professionals as well.
House Rules
- All bookings are confirmed against online pre-payment by secured online Stripe payment link or bank transfer . -Guests are required to provide Identity Card/Passport/Visa details at the time of Check -In & fill up registration form & guest register as required by the Law. -There is no room service, house -keeping service provided only on request, there is no elevator, or restaurant on-site. Vegetarian or Non Vegetarian food can be prepared at home, on prior intimation for a reasonable cost. -The homestay is a Smoke-Free Property. We have a garden , and while you are welcome to indulge out there, please ensure you leave no trace of litter . -We offer free Wi-Fi and we ask that you please be fair with how you use this service. -To this point, we are all law-abiding adults who take responsibility for our own actions. -All guest are required to follow current government guidance with regards to infection control of coronavirus. Cancellation Policy -Any cancellation received within 14 day/s prior to arrival will incur 1 night's charge. -Cancellation received within 7 day/s prior to arrival will incur the full period charge. -Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. -If you send a request to amend and/or cancel a booking by reducing the length of your stay (after arrival) the full cost of your stay as initially booked will be charged. -Early Departures: Once you have checked in, the room is no longer available to rent therefore no refunds will be given.
