cancun family awaits
Overview
My husband and I live in a house with a pool, garden and all the amenities 7 minutes from the Cancun airport. It is located in a residential area with few houses, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but with all the amenities. We have entry and exit times to Cancun, which is 15 minutes away by car for your convenience. The house has three studios, each with a separate bathroom, air conditioning and fans, but they share a common area with a kitchen. We are retired, we currently work, he is a specialist doctor and I am a nutritionist. I like to go to the gym. The atmosphere in the house is very calm, we have 2 dogs that help us maintain security at home, however they are friendly. The entire house has Wi-Fi.
House Rules
- It is important to leave the air conditioning off when leaving your room daily since additional electricity costs will be charged extra. - Smoking is only allowed in the garden area and please do not throw cigarette butts into the pool. - The gate must be locked at all times. - It is not your responsibility to take care of the pets, however you are asked to be careful when opening the door so that they are not let out. - Both the common areas and your studio must remain clean to avoid pests. We fumigate once a month, so we ask you to leave the areas free that day to do so. - Out of respect for other inhabitants, you are asked to keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM - Departure times to Cancun for your convenience can be agreed upon at the beginning since you can only leave by car or on foot. - Visits are allowed until 10 PM with prior notice to maintain the safety of all of us who live there, under no circumstances can people other than what was initially agreed be accommodated. - The consumption of any illicit substance that puts your safety or that of those of us who live there at risk is not permitted.
