Overview
Fully furnished three level townhouse in Parnell area, close to Spark Arena and downtown. Choice of two bedrooms, both furnished. Upstairs large and open with big closet, great light and air. Shared top level with owner in other bedroom, large bathroom/shower on top level. Kitchen and huge lounge on middle floor. Washer/dryer, 2nd bathroom and another small bedroom on ground floor. Spa pool, small deck and bbq also up for sharing use with owner. Bottom room on ground floor has own shower and toilet (you could use that shower as your own if wanted), brand new as of February this year. Area quiet and easy to get around. Price includes utilities (power/water/internet).
House Rules
Pretty easy going, just be respectful of the common spaces and your room. Can smoke but only OUTSIDE. I keep things clean and tidy, I am a working professional so need nights during the week to be quiet, but would love to chat/watch TV and just hang out if you are willing.
