* Our home is three floors, nice, calm, and safe, we are a friendly, lovely, nice family, our guest will be one of our family, under our care in the home or when he or she outside the home, he or she can use our living room where he or she can watsh TV or video, or internet in big size screan, and spend some fun time with the inhabitants as a family, also Guest can use our home office wher he or she can prepares his or her small business and connection, or met his or her business client, we respect the other privacy and their culture or relagions, just love, understanding, care and happiness here, our guest well be in safe and full care with us. * About host payment, guest must pay his or her period stay in advance, if the guest want to stay more than one week so he or she can pay just one week in advance, payment weekly, or monthly has a discount. and he or she can make some deposite for his or her meal or other residence services!
House Rules
- Maintain hygiene and personal hygiene. - Respecting others. - Do not leave air conditioners or lighting or other materials or machines working if not in use. - If the guest out of the house he should be in touch with the house to make sure that he is ok and in safe. - If the guest wants to delay after 10 PM or wants to stay abroad, he must let the house know, to not worry about him or her safe. - The guest can receive his or her known visitors on the day, in coordination with the house.
