Hello everyone！You can all me Joe. I have been living in Burnaby for over 10 years. I am a professional computer graphic designer, currently working full-time from home, which allows me more flexible time to both work and take care of my tenants. I don't smoke, drink, or have pets, and I enjoy a quiet and clean living environment. Therefore, every day I personally clean the common areas of the house, including the bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, swimming, and hiking. WiFi / Washer / Dryer / Free Parking all included! 3 Shared Bathrooms / No Private Bathroom Our location is near Burnaby Deer Lake Park. * The Bus Stop #144 just 1 min away by walking distance. * To Metrotown Shopping Mall / Metrotown Skytrain Station By Bus 12 mins / Driving 5 mins. * Skytrain 20 mins / Driving 18 mins to Vancouver Downtown. * Bus 25 mins / Driving 7 mins to BCIT College. * Bus 22 mins / Driving 11 mins to SFU University. * Skytrain 1.5 Hours / Driving 20 mins to airport . * Bus 20 mins / Driving 7 mins to Douglas College . * Walking 10 min / Driving 3 mins to Deerlake Park.
House Rules
* This room just for one person booking only, we don't accept extra guests. * No pets are allowed inside. * Safety Camera has been installed at living room to let us know when guests will be check-in, if we are not at home. * No visitors allowed to enter the house. * No drugs, drinking or loud music, smoking is allowed outdoors only. * Kitchen is available for light use (Means no any oil cooking like stir-fry raw meat /raw fish / vegetables and scrambled eggs, or boiled meat) Sorry, Oven and Frying Pan can not be used here. You may use the microwave, stove top, toaster and kettle.
