I will need details of your passport & Visa permissions - confirmation of study/ work address - in order to accept international bookings - due to UK immigration law. House Rules
**I only accept FEMALE guests & LGBTQIA+ guests of any gender. If you are a lgbtqia man of any gender - please indicate this - or I will decline the booking. PLEASE NOTE - I only respond to guests who have completed their Homestay profile, including a current photo, gender, and age. This is a self-catering family home. I don’t provide meals, but you can help yourself to tea/coffee, oils & spices. There are lots of options for food minutes away- and I can support any dietary requirements. I’m very happy to support with Brighton travel tips or language questions. Cleanliness and Respect Keep shared spaces clean and tidy after use Laundry: one load per week; no laundry after 9 PM Showers in the morning (shared bathroom) Baths easily arranged from afternoon onwards. No unexpected visitors Kitchen Use Self-catering (guests supply their own food) Kitchen closes at 9 PM- Microwave and Kettle is fine, but no using cooker late at night. Meals eaten in dining area only - not bedroom Respect for the Home Quiet hours after 10 PM and no loud music as my lovely neighbours work from home. No smoking inside or outside — non-smokers only No pins, tape, or blu-tack on walls or doors Please leave your room as you found it
