BRIGHT SINGLE ROOM
Overview
Single room in a quiet and bright apartment 5 minutes from the beach. Fully equipped apartment, living room with TV, high-speed WIFI, full kitchen, laundry room, with elevator. Good public transport connection (metro/buses). At home it's Elton and I, we work together in technology and we study in the afternoon. We have a sphynx cat. The atmosphere of the house is familiar and friendly, we do not want to share with people who come to the city to party and get out of control, it is not our profile. Gay friendly.Visitors are welcome! We can speak English.
House Rules
Visitors are welcome but parties are NOT. The apartment is ideal for a vacation stay, due to the location, the tranquility to rest at night, and the proximity to the beaches. Also for students and people passing through the city. Good parking area, residential neighborhood.
