Bright Room inTop Floor near Cadde
Overview
Hi! I am a Robotics Engineer who moved back to Turkey after living in the US for 10 years. The apartment is pretty spacious and bright with a big flatscreen and some musical instruments if you enjoy that! Currently, there is only me living in this apartment. The room is very neat with fresh floors and paint. The location is in a pretty neighborhood very close to the light rail (Metro) and Marmaray as well as the primary avenue on the Anatolian Side, Bagdat Caddesi. Also, I am a foodie, and a history buff if you want to enjoy the food here and get to know about the city, optionally of course.
House Rules
The building has family tenants, we are on the top floor but some attention to quiet hours is appreciated, otherwise people are friendly, No shoes in the house (Welcome to Turkey :D) Smoking is fine as long as the house doesn't smell like tobacco
