We are closely situated to Leslie Centre, where there is a full - service grocery store (Frescho), restaurants, coffee shop, medical, banking and fast food restaurants (Baskin Robbins, Pizza Hut, Pho). Only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop where you can access many bus lines and a 5 minute drive to the major highways. Easy access to entrance for the Highway 404 for high-speed travel. Directly 10 minutes drive to the GO Train Richmond Hill Station, YRT on Bayview Avenue to Finch subway station, and YRT on Elgin Mills Road to the subway Don Mills station. The Richmond Hill environment boost my green spaces and the area is beautiful, with all corners of the river creek community and three or four community parks scattered throughout the neighbourhood. House Rules
No outdoor shoes permitted throughout the house. No shoes or slippers to be worn upstairs. Quiet household. No overnight guests. No smoking. Clean up after using kitchen, bathroom and following recycling rules. Please eat in the designated eating areas on main floor. No food storage, eating or boiling appliances allowed in bedrooms. Food storage space is available in the kitchen. Preferably no heavy use of perfumes and colognes as this is a scent sensitive household. Laundry access once a week.
