Overview
The apartment is located in a quiet and leafy neighborhood, we have gardens and a lot of commerce. My house was completely renovated in 2012 We have 2 rooms in total, 2 bathrooms, a living room balcony where you can smoke, only there ... a kitchen where you can eat. There is an enclosed porch that faces the bedroom. I love walking and traveling, I can tell you some places to visit.
House Rules
I want you to respect the space, do not bring people without my consent. You must inform the identity of the persons who remain, to inform the Registry of Foreign Nationals (SEF). No noise between 8:21 in the morning. No smoking inside the house. It is not allowed to use a dishwasher. Meals are not allowed in addition to breakfast.
