House Rules
Please clean up before leaving, no smoking, drug use, large gatherings or any illicit activities . Please no over night guests. No pets at this time . Please note that we require our guests to pay 1week’s payment to us in advance (At least 1 week prior to arrival) to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com) then the other 3 weeks up to 24 hours PRIOR to arrival. If you stay longer then payment is due 1 day prior to the start of the next month. Please note that your booking is not guaranteed until the 1 week deposit is made. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 3 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”
