Overview
My family and I are owner of the house. It is myself two brothers and a sister. We are looking for a someone who is clean to share the house. A private room is available for rent in a Fully RENOVATED and furnished basement in Fraser Heights, Surrey. You won't want to miss this one. The basement has a full kitchen with new appliances, a shared bathroom, living room with a TV+PS5, a brand new washer & dryer, and an amazing coffee bar. Bus stop is 5min walk away and can to you to Fraser Heights Recreation Centre, grocery store, schools, transit, parks, restaurants, Guildford mall, SFU Surrey Campus, T&T, Walmart, Superstore. We are willing to assist and help out when needed. *No smoking, no drugs, no marijuana, no guest. *Respectful adults behaviour only. You are more than welcome to use kitchen, laundry, a shared bathroom with another student. Payment must be paid the day of arrival or before arrival via E-Transfer. All cleaning supplies will be provided.
House Rules
House quiet hours from 12 am-7 am Keeping kitchen bathroom and shared area clean after used. Laundry can be used once a week. No shoes are allowed in the house. No illegal activities, no visitors, no smoking, no drugs, no pets, no disrespect or aggression toward our house, our family or other guests. Must be paid the day of arrival or before arrival via E-Transfer.
