There is also your own private spacious courtyard for your personal use. We appreciate your privacy and the space is completely private but we are also available in the other section of the house if required. We are happy to assist with language skills and one of the residents is a teacher so can help with english skills. There is an elderly couple and there son who live in the property. The house is centrally located in Greenacre and is very close to Bankstown (5 minute walk), Milperra, Strathfield, Chullora, Homebush and is also 15 minutes from Parramatta and 20 minutes to the City centre. There is a Bus Stop directly outside the house which will take you to major areas and train stations. Very close to UNSW cumberland campus and WSU Milperra. The house is very clean and tidy and we are very accomodating and happy to assist in any way.
House Rules
As we keep the property is very good and clean condition we expect the same from our guests. We don't have pets at the house and are not looking for any pets with our guests. Apart from that we are a very happy household and we welcome everyone with open arms.
