*BONNE ALTERNATIVE A UN HOTEL* :)
Overview
Salut Everyone; I am a French boy who lives in the heart of the magical Prague, Czech Republic. Since my flatmates left the Czech Republic, I would be glad to offer my second and my third room, on two distinct offers. The flat is historical, spacious (100 square meters), clean and very well located; the location is ideal to start a tour of the city.. The two rooms I'm offering are big, each is with a double size bed, wooden floor, 3 meters high ceilings, wardrobe, desk, WiFi, great location.. The third room is for myself, I'm writing a book these days. In addition I could provide a tour of the city if our spirits & our agendas match.. :) Have a good stay & see you soon!! **Gautier**
House Rules
Dear guests; A few rules: :) 1/. Check-in and check-out time is very flexible, according to your needs and to my daily flow. Ideally, you would arrive in the end of the afternoon and would leave in the morning, but no problem if you want to arrive / leave at different time; just ask me.. Usually, I'm able to make myself free on most of the days, anytime.. ;) If someone is arriving the day when you are leaving but you want to stay longer, no problem, but I will ask you to pack your luggage and to deposit them in the kitchen or in the lobby at 10am max, so that I will have time to make the washing machine with the towels and bedding, and to prepare the room for my next guests.. Then you can come later in the day to take them back, no problem.. ;) 2/. I have to electronically register / declare each coming guest to the city hall of Prague 2 and also to declare you to the foreign police soon after your arrival - (ID / passport number + fill a paper form and signature).. 3/. No external visitor except you is allowed - I already had drunken guests on another platform who bring people from the street (!!!!!), leading to awkward situation; moreover in case of problem - who will be responsible!?? So the party is outside, please, luckily it's always great fun in the bars & clubs around.. ;) 4/. And at last but not least, please eat outside.. There are plenty of bars and restaurants at a very affordable price just down the corner, otherwise it's on request.. Sorry if I sound a bit dictatorial, but I think it's necessary to point it; thanks.. :-)

This is the 2nd room I'm offering to my guests, in the same flat. It's a very large, more than 20 square meters, fully equipped with WiFi, a big wardrobe, desks and a huge bed, 180 x 200 cms. The windows are giving on the street but they are double.
