Hello! We began hosting to share cultural experiences and create meaningful connections with our guests. We look forward to engaging conversations and memorable moments together! *NO SMOKING in our land allowed for family health conditions, sorry but thanks for your understanding [Family] -Takashi (39), Moe (33), and friendly dogs Ao & Umi (1.5) [Our House] We live in a cosy and peaceful house on a quite hill near the JR Wani station. From the windows in our dining space, living room, and a guest room, you have a lovely view of Lake Biwa. Enjoy a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere and have a good rest on your journey. [Accessibility] By train, -JR Hieizan-sakamoto Station/ the nearest stop to Mt. Hiei: 13min -JR Kyoto Station: 30min -JR Osaka Station: 70min -JR Nara Station: 105min By bicycle, *A bicycle is available upon request! -The nearest beach: 5min -Biwako Valley: 20min -Ukimido/ Floating Hall: 20min -Biwako Ohashi Bridge: 20min -Omi-Maiko Nakahama Swimming Beach: 25min
House Rules
・CHECK-IN: 16:00~20:00 ・CHECK-OUT: ~12:00 ・BREAKFAST: 6:30-8:00 ・DINNER: Request Moe by a day before (￥1000/dinner). Kitchen is not available to use. When you want to use the microwave, some spaces in the fridge, etc, please ask. ・HOUSE KEY: 1 house key is available. The compensation fee will be charged when it is lost. ・SHOWER: Available anytime. Thanks for your cooperation on the water savings! ・BATHROOM *using septic tank: 2 bathrooms available: 1 in the living room, and another in the shower room. Please be careful NOT to flush anything, but only toilet papers, or those damage the septic tank. ・LAUNDRY: Every-night available. Have your wearings in the laundry net, and request Takashi to finish cleaning by the next morning. ・NOT-ALLOWED -SMOKE in/nearby the house -EAT in the room -FEED dogs
