no parties, no more than 4 people. quiet after 11pm n before 8.30 am. clean up cooking n benches take out rubbish. any allergies to pets.as an odd person is cleaned 7 days a week so no cat hair. have a pet sitter i take my dog with me. can smoke out side make sure glass door shut. get rid of butts.
