Big house room w/bathroom + balcony
Overview
Hello! We are offering a nice room for weekly/monthly rent in our big, beautiful house in the iconic Parque Chas neighborhood. Four blocks away from the subway (line B) It's a big and stylish house with comfortable shared spaces. The room is equipped with a double bed, a small desk, and a large placard. It has exclusive access to a balcony and a private bathroom. We, the hosts, are a couple and we have two friendly dogs. We are professionals who love traveling and meeting new people from all around the world. The price includes all services and weekly cleaning. Sailing excursions in our sailboat in Rio de la Plata (depending on the weather and availability) are possible.
House Rules
- The house has a beautiful wooden floor. No-shoes policy inside the house. - We like to share the common spaces respectfully. - We love sharing meals with guests (great way to meet each other's culture!). Who cooks, doesn't do the dishes! - Dishes must be done after using them. - No loud noises/music after 10 PM. - Guests and gatherings have to be checked with the hosts. - House cleaning is included (once a week), but some basic hygiene and cleaning are expected from the guests. - You have to get along with two friendly and lovely dogs.
