Overview
Myself and Adult Son and dog are the occupants. It is a chilled relaxed household with a beautiful garden in a small safe development in south Dublin. you would have use of a TV room if you wish and your bedroom is a large double room. You would be able to use the kitchen to prepare meals. All utilities are included and you would share the main bathroom with 1 other. The house is large enough to afford you privacy, and we both come and go as we work part-time. If you are a mature student or a young professional relocating to Dublin for work and want to ease yourself into finding more long term accommodation as you find your feet this would be perfect for you. There is safe parking and bus routes about 10mins walk from the house.
House Rules
Clean as you go in kitchen and shared areas. No cooking after 9pm. No overnight guests. No drunken disorderly behaviour. Showers to be of a reasonable short length - in other words- no 30mins showers :)
