Tree view aspect , yet conveniently located with shopping centre, only 10/15 minutes buse ride to the beach and ocean pool ), unsw , 60 steps to major grocery and many restaurants/pub, bus stops to city and metro stations etc. ** 10 min bus to UNSW - university, 10km to Sydney CBD/opera house. I have a cute toy cavoodle, who loves company. ** a very convenient place and spacious apartment
House Rules
. Must be over 18 . Strictly Non smoker or Vape individual . No visitors or guests during stay - this is my home. Once I get to know you , rules might relax . Use of Kitchen for cooking available to Guest . Respectful down time (quiet hours) in the house from 10:30pm to sunrise . Important condition: upon arrival !! Must present copy of passport and emergency contact person !! A security deposit of AUD$ 500 would be required upon arrival to cover any damage/breakage/lost keys…caused by guest. The security deposit would be returned with on the days of departure when no damages/breakage etc. !!
