House Rules
The room is cozy, clean, and well-lit. While kitchen access is not provided, a hot water machine with complimentary tea and coffee is available. Note: The bathroom is shared. I do not allow cooking in my kitchen for the short term stay. We can discuss use of space in the fridge and an option to make light snacks. Guests have access to the washing machine once a week for light washing. long stays only. Please take off your shoes in my place PLEASE NOTE: - check in time 15.00 pm **unless differently agreed with the host prior the booking** - check out time 12.00 pm ** Payment Information ** For short stays less than 4 weeks the full amount must be paid upon arrival. For long stays over 4 weeks, one month deposit is required. In the event, that the booking is cancelled or shortened the stay the amount is non-refudable. SMOKING RULES Your host is a non-smoker. Smoking is not allowed. **Shared bathroom:** Please keep it tidy. - **Environmental care:** Turn off lights and water heater when not in use. - **No parties:** This apartment is not suitable for guests looking to party or bring back strangers after a night out. *Guests*: Bringing guests into the house is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of your deposit and immediate termination of your stay.
