Overview
We live in a nice community/area not far from the major interstate, Walt Disney World, Orlando, Fl Tampa, FL and other nearby cities. Our home a one story, two car garage with extra parking space is located in a corner lot. Home is very spacious, clean and elegant. From the moment you walk through the front door you will love the layout. There is a separate formal dinning room, large family room, living room, patio and a huge fenced backyard. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
House Rules
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Can use Patio, Barbeque Grill and Treadmill. Please do not invite strangers into our home, if you would like to invite a friend over just check with us first. No drugs or alcohol, no extra guest or any party in the home, no pets. Please no shoes on carpets Full payment is required prior to arrival please contact me for payment arrangements. Please enjoy your stay !!
