House Rules
- No outside guests allowed in the property at any point in time. - No pets allowed - Tenant shall not wear shoes or sandals on the carpet at any point in time. - Tenant Must keep the bedroom clean. - Tenant must Vacuum the bedrooms carpet once a week (vacuum is provided). -Tenant must Keep bathroom and shower clean (Shower must be washed /cleaned/ brushed once a week). - Bedrooms Carpet will be wash by the property manager once a month. - No cigarette or weed smoking allowed inside the room or on the property. - No loud Tv or music past 1030 PM. - Rent must be paid on time. Late rent will carry a 50 dollar fee per day. On the 5th day eviction procedures will began. - Laundry must be picked up and never left behind in the washer or dryer. There will be a 25 dollar fee for every time clothes is left behind by the tenant.
