This is a very beautiful modern house nested in the foothills of Highland Park/ Mt. Washington in between South Pasadena and downtown LA. The new hip area in LA. An amazing quiet sanctuary in a quiet street. Lots of lush green giant bird of paradise trees and palm trees will give you the privacy to chill out in the yard . 1Guest Room + own bathroom for rent. This is a modern and very european style house with skylights, glass doors, open space with lots of light and open kitchen. 1 master bedroom with a bathroom attached, 1 private guest room with a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub. A big open living room with kitchen and dining room attached and a huge private back yard. The living area will be shared with me.
