Beautiful loft on the same plot as my house. We'll be very close neighbors. It's an open-plan space with a full bathroom and kitchen. It has a wonderful porch with a barbecue. And a nice pool for taking a dip. Everything is for the private use of the loft's users; that is, neither the pool nor the barbecue are shared. And who are we? A single-parent family.
