Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood
Overview
I live in a 6 bedroom house in the Butantã neighborhood, close to the subway and other conveyances. I have two beautiful kittens and a dog. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The house is brick, super hot in tree-lined street. The living room is very large and cozy. The dining room is high, overlooking the living room. There are bathrooms next to the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is very cute, all decorated next to the dining room. I love coffee and we can have a few cups of coffee together, exchanging conversations. The whole house has wooden floors and rustic furniture. The rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. It seems Farmhouse. I love plants and always distribute throughout the house.

• Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the total booking to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) * The rest of the payment must be made on the day of check in • Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.” The use of drugs is not permitted. Parties cannot be held in the house. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it. Do not invite strangers to sleep in the house. It is not allowed to listen to music at high volume. Treat my home like you would your own home.
