Beautiful heritage home
Overview
Our heritage-style home, designed by architect Alfredo Azancot, is located approximately 5 minutes from downtown, close to a metro station and a variety of shops, on one of the city's main thoroughfares. We have a bright and comfortable loft measuring approximately 80 m² on the third floor, ideal for someone seeking tranquility and comfort. The loft features a double bed, a private bathroom, a living room with an armchair, a dining table with chairs, a desk with a computer, and a small library. Several windows provide excellent natural light during the day, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The space maintains a comfortable temperature both in winter and summer, with a heater, fan, and hot water available. Weekly cleaning and laundry services are also included for added convenience. Our garden features native tree species, and we have common areas for quiet work.Art is a fundamental part of our space: we have a café and bookstore specializing in music and the arts, located on the ground floor. Rosario is a composer and bookseller, and Daniela, I, a math teacher; we are both coffee and travel fanatics. The loft is a spacious, intimate, and functional space, designed for resting, working, and disconnecting from the routine. Stays include breakfast in our café from Monday to Saturday (business days).
House Rules
Smoking is only allowed outside the house, not in the rooms. Keep common areas clean and tidy. We request a quiet environment free of annoying noises. Pets are not allowed, as we respect and promote the natural habitat of birds. For visits, please coordinate with Rosario or Daniela.
