Beautiful heritage home
Overview
Our heritage-style house designed by architect Alfredo Azancot is located approximately 5 minutes from the center, close to a metro station and a variety of shops, on one of the main arteries of the city. We have a large room available for guests with a desk, good ventilation, lighting, and a closet. The bathroom is shared. Our garden has native species of trees from the area, we have common spaces for quiet work. We are a couple (Rosario and Daniela) and two roommates, who take great care of coexistence and mutual support. Art is a fundamental part of our space, we have a cafeteria and bookstore specialized in music and arts, on the street next door. Rosario is a composer and bookseller and I, Daniela, a math teacher, both coffee fans. Breakfast is included in the stay (Monday to Saturday).
House Rules
Smoking is only allowed outside the house, not in the rooms. Keep common areas clean and tidy. We request a quiet environment free of annoying noises. Pets are not allowed, as we respect and promote the natural habitat of birds. For visits, please coordinate with Rosario or Daniela.
