Our home is only a few minutes from Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, Casino Niagara, Waterpark and other Attractions. This is a gem of a location with all the comforts of a home with hotel bedroom vibe. A private executive ensuite bedroom in the upper floor of the house - furnished with Queen Bed, side table, dresser with mirror - private bathroom - walk in closet - Microwave Oven available on demand - TV - WIFI - Work table and chair - Huge Park in front of house Use of: - 1 parking spot - WIFI - Laundry after 8pm Notes: - Me and my spouse have 2 teenage children that lives with us. They are quiet and have their separate rooms. - Ideal occupants include student, tourists and those that may require a safe/quiet home while on business or outside of work obligations. -We have four bicycles that can be rented out for those looking to explore the trails/parkway while getting some exercise. ($10/day or unlimited usage 5+ days $60)
