Beautiful double room in Uplands
Overview
Lovely, large, furnished double room available at £14 per night, situated close to vibrant Gwydr Crescent and Swansea University just behind the parks and very close to the beach, local shops, coffee houses, and amenities, on a quiet road in Uplands. House Rules
Swansea has a very well organised recycling system, and our household refuse system reflects this; we have a short video for guests which talks you through the 'which bin is for what' intricacies of our six labelled kitchen bins! Guests are asked to adhere to this and if there is any confusion, please just ask, we are only too happy to talk you through and help. We have had smokers stay in the past; we have a garden to the back and side of the house that accommodates this, and one guest smoked from the bedroom window, which is fine so long as the wind's blowing in the right direction! Other than that, all is fairly obvious; a considerate and respectful attitude is appreciated. For short stays, payment should be made in full before arrival. If your stay is for a week or longer, a deposit of £100 is expected to secure the room. Thanks very much. Look forward to seeing you, Anna and family
